Hi, I’m Nancy Phatsaphaphone — a seasoned social media and content professional with over a decade of experience bringing brand narratives to life online.
My digital media journey began in 2011 during a social media class at George Brown College, and since then, I’ve been passionate about using purpose-driven storytelling to build meaningful online communities. I’ve had the privilege of working with recognizable  brands — including eBay, Cineplex, Air Miles, LCBO — developing dynamic content strategies and managing influential digital campaigns across a variety of platforms.
Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats: content strategist, community manager, video producer, and brand architect. Whether collaborating with influencers, forecasting social trends, or designing campaigns from the ground up, I always bring a data-first, audience-centric approach to everything I do.
When I’m not online building communities or analyzing engagement metrics, I’m exploring new cultural trends, mentoring emerging creators, or finding new ways to tell compelling stories through digital media.
Let’s connect and create something impactful together.
